Sr. Engineer – Production MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive with Japanese MNC Industry*

*JD*

1.Maintain Documentation,SOP’S and technical reports.

2.Support New product introduction and process validation.

3.Prepare & update control plan,PFMEA, Work instruction & check sheets.

4.Support in IATF , 14001 & 45001 Audits and audits closer

5.Support in internal audit & audit closer.

*Experience Required*

1.Knowledge of process and product Audits (IATF 16949,14001 & 45001 AUDITS & Customer audits)

2.Support in new product development (Creation of control plan,PFMEA , Work Instruction & Check sheets)

3.Maintain Documentation, SOP’s and technical reports.

4.Genba Management (rejection analysis, Breakdown handling), collaborative with quality , maintenance and safety team.

5.Knowledge of improvement process (KAIZEN,QUALITY CIRCLE ,ETC)

*Any special experience/Knowledge required:*

1.Knowledge of lean manufacturing /Six Sigma.

2.Strong anlytical & problem solving skills.

3.Knowledge of quality tools (5s,Kaizens,FMEA,SPC Etc.)

4.Computer proficiency (MS OFFICE).
