Sr. Engineer – QA (Process Quality & Standard Room) MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have working experience in Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Monitor in-process quality parameters and ensure adherence to control plans.

2.Conduct process audits and layered process audits (LPA).

3.Analyze rejection trends and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

4.Ensure compliance with PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA requirements.

5.Drive process capability improvement

6.Handle all inspection instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, etc.).

7.Ensure proper calibration, validation, and maintenance of measuring equipment.

8.Maintain master samples, limit samples, and gauges.

9.Control gauge calibration records and traceability.

10.Maintain quality documents like SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans.

11.Support audits (Internal, Customer, ISO / IATF 16949).

12.Ensure documentation compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
