Manager – Production MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have working experience in Plastics Extrusion / Polymers Compounding Processes*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Developing and implementing production schedule to meet Customer requirements though optimum utilization of Resources

2.Forecasting Production need and ensuring timely procurement of fools Consumables etc

3.Managing and allocating resources, including p Ing personnel, equipment a pment and materials

4.Ensuring effective utilization of resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity

4.Ensuring implementation and enforcement of quality control standards to ensure product meet required specification process

4.Monitoring production processes to identify and address quality issues

5.Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement

6.Supervising and motivating Production staff. Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills

7.Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, Promoting a safe working environment

8.Monitoring Production costs and ensuring adherence to the Budget

9.Identify Cost saving opportunities

1.Continual improvement towards promoting a safe working environment with Zero major accidents

2.Continual Improvement in Production Efficiency

*Critical Skill Set:*

1.Good knowledge and experience of production Process

2.Good exposure of TPM, Lean manufacturing practices like 55, 4M analysis, Poka-yoke, Waste reduction, FMEA

3.Good Knowledge of MS-OFFICE

4.Good leadership skill

5.Must have ability to (A) handle tha pressure (B) work under tight deadlines
