Jr. Engineer – Production MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience with Japanese or German Automotive MNC Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

•Responsible for Shift Production Plan Vs Actual.

•All production related documents verification & updating.

•Daily Inventory monitoring,maintaining& setup change online accordingly.

•Ensure safe working condition & follow the ESH rules within the shopfloor.

•Rejection review &monitoring in shift & participate with CFT for Countermeasures.

•Trouble shooting of machines like Makino & Sugino along with PLC control machines.

•Programming know How of HMC & VMC machines.

•Shift Handover.

•Ensure availability of resources like PPE, Raw material & periphery on the line.

•Achieving & improving OEE as per the given targets.

•Ensuring following & updating Documents like SWI, Shift Start Approval, Setup Plan, Process & machine check sheet, Poka – Yoke Check Sheet, 4M Sheet,

•Ensure WIP &follow the dispatch plan with coordination of SCM.

•Ensure the Rejection KPI & training to operators for the same.

•Skill Matrix updating along with associate training plan adherence.

•LPA Audit.

•System, Customer & Internal Audit document Preparation for the shopfloor.

•Implementation improvements i.e. Kaizens

•Support in NPD & new machine trials.

•Support in customer related issue analysis.

•Participation in TPM, 5S & jishuken Adherence.

•Coordination with support department like quality, SCM, maintenance & tool crib for smooth operation of production.

*Skill and Ability*

•Proven work experience as aLine Leader / Setter or similarrole.

•Hands-on experience with different set of machines like Makino & Sugino & PLC control machines.

•Good understanding of analysis tools.

•Ability to follow all manufacturing related documents.

•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

•Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
