Sr. Engineer – Quality MNC for Bawal Location

Job Description

*Should have experience in Heavy load transportation equipment / Crane Manufacturing Industry only*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Conduct in-process and final product inspections on the assembly line to identify any defects or deviations from standards.

2.Create and update product checklists, work instructions, and documentation for all assembly stages.

3.Ensure the assembly process, from component preparation to final assembly, adheres to established quality standards and procedure.

4.Good knowledge of hydraulic, Pneumatic, and electrical circuits.

5.Establish and document non-conformity reports (NCRs) for rejected materials and defective finished goods.

6.Collaborate with production, engineering, and service teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

7.Develop, implement, and monitor inspection and testing procedures for various stages of vehicle assembly.

8.Internal Rejection awareness in shop floor.

9.Verification of corrective actions taken on internal rejection and customer complaints.

10.Analyze quality data to identify trends and potential problems.

11.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to determine the root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventative actions.

12.Liaise with assembly line workers, supervisors, and other engineers to resolve quality issues promptly.

6.Computer Work proficiency: MS Excel, MS Word, Power point presentation.
