*Role & Responsibilities:*
1.Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
2.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
3.Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates
4.Manage onboarding and induction process
5.Address employee queries and grievances
6.Organize engagement activities and events
7.Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline
8.Maintain employee records and HR databases
9.Handle attendance and leave management
10.Support payroll processing and documentation
11.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
12.Maintain statutory records (ESI, PF, etc.)
13.Prepare HR reports and MIS
14.Assist in performance appraisal process
15.Track employee performance and feedback
*Required Skills:*
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2.Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
3.Good command of MS Excel and HR software
4.Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
5.Problem-solving and decision-making skills
