Job Description

*Should habe experience in Sheet Metal / Press Tool Industry*

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1.Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of Sheet Metal / Press Tool components

2.Ensure adherence to customer specifications and drawing requirements

3.Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure using CAPA

4.Conduct root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D Report)

5.Prepare quality documents like: Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, Inspection Reports

6.Monitor process capability (Cp, Cpk) and improve quality performance

7.Participate in APQP & PPAP documentation

8.Conduct layered process audits (LPA) and internal audits

9.Coordinate with production and supplier teams for defect reduction

10.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards

11.Maintain quality records and reporting for client review
