Job Description

*Automobile, Heavy load transportation equipment / Component Manufacturing Industry only*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Maintaining Cost Accounting System

2.Designing of Cost Structure & systems and controls for batch costing

3.Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory (WIP & FG) and Labour

4.Comparing actual cost with plans and targets to identify reasons for variances.

5.System & Software implementation

6.Lead projects like cost savings & its validation

7.Interpret data into MIS reporting/information.

8.Making estimates of new and proposed product costs (ZBC)

9.Inventory Valuation

10.Analyzing actual manufacturing costs & preparing periodic reports

11.Comparing standard costs with actual production costs

12.Purchase Order review and approval

13.Work Order review and approval

14.Prepare Standard cost of Utility.

15.Prepare records of MHR/LHR

16.Working knowledge of Logistics movement & Cost Calculation.

17.Sound knowledge of Import & Export material.

18.BOM Verification

19.Prepare report of variance analysis Standard cost v/s Actual cost

20.Prepare record of Inventory Reconciliation

21.Conversative to Engineering drawings

3.Good Drafting Skills

4.Tally Prime 9
