8.Coordinate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to resolve process issues.
9.Ensure welding consumables (wire, electrodes, shielding gas) are available and properly maintained.
10.Support new product development (NPD) and welding process validation.
11.Perform routine machine inspections and support preventive maintenance activities.
12.Maintain setup sheets, welding parameter records, and production documentation.
13.Train operators on machine operation, welding standards, and safety procedures.
14.Implement 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen initiatives.
15.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company quality standards.
*Required Technical Skills*
1.Hands-on experience in setting up MIG/MAG, TIG, Spot Welding, or Robotic Welding machines.
2.Knowledge of welding parameters and process optimization.
3.Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
4.Understanding of welding fixtures, jigs, and clamping methods.
5.Knowledge of welding metallurgy and heat input control.
6.Familiarity with hydraulic or automotive component welding is preferred.
