*Job Description*
1.Electrical & Mechanical technician for Injection Molding Machine
2.Injection Molding Machine Loader, Oven, MTC, Hooper, Mixer machine knowledge
3.To attend mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues of machine
4.Perform routine preventive maintenance (with documentation) on injection molding machines, molds, dryers, and other auxiliary equipment
5.Break down knowledge with documentation
6.Troubleshoot processing issues such as short shots, flash, burns, splay, or dimensional inconsistencies.
7.Follow all safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out processes, and company policies
8.Spare parts handling
9.Chiller & Cooling Tower knowledge.
