*Job Summary*

The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Machine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Fitting, and Fabrication work.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter / Mechanical or equivalent qualification.

• 3–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in fastener manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of mechanical machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

• Experience with cold forging and thread rolling machines.

• Knowledge of maintenance of heat treatment and coating machines.

• Basic knowledge of cutting, grinding, welding, and fabrication work.

• Knowledge of fitting, machine assembly, dismantling, alignment, and mechanical component replacement.

• Ability to identify machine faults and carry out necessary repairs.

• Good practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and attend machine breakdowns when required.
