Job Description

*Should have good Experience in experience in Automotive Manufactuting Industry*

*Principal Areas of Accountability:*

1.Some priority skills for this role may include

2.Implementing and maintaining QMS processes in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

3.Strong knowledge of automotive QMS (IATF 16949/ISO 9001).

4.Conducting internal and supplier audits, managing external audits, and preparing audit reports and documentation.

5.Developing, reviewing, and controlling QMS documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Manuals).

6.Monitoring and updating MRM objectives.

7.Managing supplier upgradation activities.

8.Training employees on QMS procedures and updates.

9.Coordinating Quality Circle projects.

10.Managing cost-saving and other improvement projects.

11.Strong conflict management and team management skills.

12.Good knowledge of the 6 Core Tools.

13.Ability to solve problems using Root Cause Analysis techniques such as 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, CAPA, 8D, and A3.

14.Awareness about ISO 45001 (OHSMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS)

15.Awareness about Customer Specific Requirements-MSIL
