1.Operate and monitor the GEOMET surface treatment process in accordance with approved procedures.

2.Prepare components through cleaning, degreasing, and surface preparation before coating.

3.Control coating parameters such as viscosity, coating thickness, curing temperature, and curing time.

4.Operate Dip-Spin, Spray, or related coating equipment.

5.Measure coating thickness and ensure compliance with customer and engineering specifications.

6.Identify and resolve coating defects such as uneven coating, peeling, blistering, contamination, or poor adhesion.

7.Maintain production records, inspection reports, and process documentation.

9.Experience in GEOMET, DACROMET, Zinc Flake, or other surface treatment/coating processes.
