6.Co-ordination for new model development with stakeholders.
7.Monitoring company objectives, goal setting and reviews.
8.Mentoring staff members to resolve employee grievances.
9.Overall plant improvement to ensure for operation ration of shop floor.
10.Oversee inventory, material usage and equipment maintenance.
11.Ensure the Safety standards and company policies.
12.Understanding budget controlling as Investment, Expenses, Fix asset.
13.Co-ordinate with all departments to optimize plant performance.
14.Strong understanding of Casting, CNC processes and induction furnace.
15.Strategic planning for Cost saving and utilization of resources.
16.Problem solving and Crisis management approach.
17.SAP knowledge to ensure the investigate gaps if any.
18 Customer-oriented mind set with Maruti, SMG, Toyota, Honda, Renault.
19.ISO45001/ISO14001/IATF and Customer audits related matters.
20.Quality Circle and team building mind-set.
