*Requirements*

• LL.B. from a recognised university.

• 8-10 years PQE in M&A, banking and finance or project finance, either at a law firm or an in-house team, ideally in energy, power, infrastructure or renewables.

• Direct experience on having led M&A transactions, finance or structured debt transactions, and strong command of key facility agreement clauses (covenants, defaults, security, waterfalls).

• Familiarity with Indian security and charge creation mechanics, and with cross-border financing rules.

• Strong drafting, negotiation and coordination skills, with the ability to work across Legal, Finance and technical teams.
