Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Translate documents from Japanese to English and English to Japanese accurately.

Translate Work Instructions, Manuals, Technical Drawings, SOPs, Emails, Patents, Agreements, and Technical Documents.

Provide interpretation support during client meetings, conference calls, and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

Support audio and video conferences with Japanese teams.

Accompany Japanese clients during their visits to India.

Assist Japanese expatriates in understanding production processes, machinery installation, and technical programs.

Ensure effective communication between Japanese and Indian teams.

Follow Japanese business culture and professional etiquette in all interactions.

Required Skills:

JLPT N2 or N1 Certification.

Excellent Japanese, English, and Hindi communication skills.

Strong experience in Japanese Translation & Interpretation.

Knowledge of manufacturing and technical terminology.

Ability to translate technical documents with high accuracy.

Experience handling client meetings and preparing MOM.

Good understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates from Automobile or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
