Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Acting as a front-line PIC for allocated customers

2.Preparing RFQ and arrange Quotation/Production cost from JOC and OIP plant

3.Prepare Calculation sheet and Quotation, same submit to customers.

4.Price negotiation and Development timeline discussion with customers

5.After business confirmation, plan APQP and execute part development as per timeline.

6.Meeting Sales Goals and objectives assigned by Sales Head.

7.Visit to Existing and New customers to Promote Oiles product in Automotive Industry

8.Sales Invoice Payment, debit/credit note and TCS payment follow up for allocated Customers

9.Monthly Performance report monitoring for Allocated Customers

10.Day to day basis communication with customers to sort out any matter related to delivery, pricing, finance and other depart.

Organize Exhibition

11.Prepare and Maintain Non-Disclosure Agreement and General Purchase Agreement for Customers

12.Maintaining Project list of New RFQ and Awarded Projects

13.Monitor & report market feedback with respect to industry, competition etc

14.Collect and Maintain Customer Feedback form from Customers

15.Arrange documents required to support IATF audit requirement from Allocated Customers
