*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*JD*

• RFQ & PO Creation, RFQ & PO sending to supplier, ensuring the 100 % material as required.

• Attending PR for RFQ process with supplier for Spares and consumables.

• Price comparison and Issue PO after cost approval from Management.

• GRN Creation, Issue and Challan creation for job work.

• Import process knowledge like CHA, BOE and logistic etc..

• Coordination with CHA and forwarder for custom clearance process.

• Check the checklist for BOE filling as per Invoice and HSN Code

• Make documentation for Custom clearance process as per requirement.

• Process custom duty payment, check ICE gate and DGFT requirement.

• Material follow up for timely delivery.

• Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timelines targets.

• Comply with Regulations and ISO, IATF, OHSAS, EMS requirements.

• Word, Excel and Power point knowledge.

• Good experience in SAP MM, FIFO, 5S and Kaizen knowledge.
