Job Description

*Should have must experience in Tier-1 Automobile industry*

*Responsibilities*

1.Can handle a team of 15 associate & DET.

2.Able to handle sheet metal & injection molding suppliers.

3.Well versed with performing inspection, incoming inspection standard & work instruction preparation.

4.Responsible for preparation of supplier layout plan, 3rd party testing, Process & 4M Audit plan.

5.Raise 8D reports to supplier in case of non compliance to incoming standard.

6.Responsible for closure & verification of 8D reports from suppliers.

7.Must be able to handle internal line issue & support containment action.

1.Must be familiarwith sheet metal & plastic injection commodity

2.Should have experience of incoming & supplier quality assurance.

3.Existing strength is not sufficient for handle all activity and working overburdon.
