1.Lead FA about the customer complaint, returned product from customer
2.Confirm the responsibility of failure product and nigotiate with customer
3.Go to market or customer side to confirm the failure part
4.NG product from market repair management
5.Spare parts stock management, repaired product delivery
6.Rework method confirm
7.Manage rework team to fulfill the target

Skills:
1.Communication and negotiation skills.
2.Engineering quality tools, Problem solving tools, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC and other quality tools.
3.Data analysis skill
4.Data organization and presentation skill
5.Quality project management skill

Knowledge
1.Battery pack production
2.Proficient in quality negotiation and crisis quality incident management
3.Core tools knowledge(8D/FMEA/SPC)
4.Familiar with product failure analysis
5.Master the knowledge of engineering methods 6sigma
6.Familiar with quality management and process knowledge
