Sr. Engineer – QMS

Role & Responsibilities: 

1.Strong knowledge of QMS (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)

2.Knowledge of Core tools like; Quality Circles

3.QMS implementation & successful completion of IATF& ISO9001 audits.

4.In-process quality control and improvement to achieve zero customer complaints.

5.Successful completion of Internal audits as per standard requirements.

6.Supplier process audit & Internal process audits as per VDA 6.3 turtle approach.

7.Conducting management review meetings with quality inputs.

8.Systematic closer of all non-conformities observed during audits.

9.PFD, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP and Control plan preparation & process adherence.

10.Preparing QMS manual, Procedure etc as per the standard

11.Updating the documents as per the change in manual

12.Communicate with external bodies and conduct the certification audits

13.Plan & Execute Process Audit , Internal Audit, NC closer etc

14.Conducting new supplier assessment for supplier evaluation of motors and controller parts.

15.Making of product & process specification sheet from drawing.

16.New parts & regular parts supplier audits for quality improvements.
17.VSA (Vendor System Audit) as per customer requirement.
18.Regular process validation to ensure defect free production. o Supplier visits for conformance of OK parts/fixtures/receiving gauges

 

Skills : 

1.ISO 9001:2015 auditor

2.Good experience in MS Word, Excel & PPT

3.Incoming inspection and GD&T knowledge

4.7 QC Tools, Core Quality Tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA)
