1.Proficiency in quality control techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective action preventative action (CAPA),MSA.
2.Proficiency in FMEA,PPAP,APQP.
3.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4.Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001,IATF 16949, VDA) and Customer specific systems VSA(MSIL).
5.Knowledge of specific customer handling(MSIL, Webasto, Autolive, VECV).
6.Knowledge of Customer change management systems. (MSIL CARV) 7.Knowledge of SAP for QM module.
8.Proficiency in supplier handling.
9.Knowledge of PPAP.
10.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
