Sr. Engineer – Production (Machine Shop) MNC for Bawal Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Machining like; CNC/ VMC*

*Key Responsibilities:*

•Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and tooling

•Monitor cycle time, OEE, and line balancing

•Monitor tool life, tool change, and cutting parameters

•Plan and execute daily production targets for CNC/CNC Turning/VMC machines

•Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance production efficiency and product quality

•Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth process integration

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to resolve technical challenges

•Ensure alignment of engineering activities with project goals and timelines

•Perform and optimize CNC programming for machining operations

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost, and quality

*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*

•CNC Turning (Hub machining)

•Automation/robotic handling lines

•Knowledge of Quality Control Systems & Audits

•Expertise in Data Analysis & Reporting

•Good Project Management capabilities

•Hands-on experience in CNC Programming

•Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis approach

*Technical Knowledge:*

•Process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions)

•Quality systems and audit practices

•Root Cause Analysis & Decision Making
