Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

1.Ensure achievement of production targets as per PPC (Production Planning & Control) plan vs actual requirements

2.Conduct gap analysis of production performance and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

3.Drive product quality improvement initiatives and reduce scrap/rejection costs.

4.Ensure optimum utilization of 5M resources to maximize productivity and efficiency

5.Adherence of 5M Change Management procedures and controls.

6.Maintain and ensure adherence to all production records, check sheets, reports, and operational formats.

7.Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.

*Key Skill Requirement:*

1.Good knowledge of MS office
