Sr. Engineer – Process Quality MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have must be from Automotive / Fastener Manufacturing Industry*

J *ob Responsibility:*

1.Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2.Conduct process audits (Layered Process Audit, 5S, Manufacturing Process Audit).

3.Develop and maintain Process Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams.

4.Prepare and update PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

5.Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

6.Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.

7.Support new product launches through APQP activities.

8.Participate in PPAP documentation and customer approvals.

9.Monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control) and process capability (Cp, Cpk).

10.Coordinate with production to improve First Pass Yield (FPY).

11.Conduct operator quality training.

12.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

13.Investigate internal and customer quality issues.

14.Support supplier quality improvement initiatives.

15.Maintain quality records and prepare management reports.

16.Prepare and submit 8D reports within customer timelines.

17.Coordinate containment actions for customer line rejections.

18.Attend customer audits and implement corrective actions.

19.Ensure compliance with MSIL customer-specific requirements and supplier quality expectations.
