Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Responsible for leading contract review and management to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction
2.⁠ ⁠Responsible for the production plan management of the mass production pull line, and solving any abnormal problems in the production process in time to ensure timely delivery
3.⁠ ⁠Responsible for formulation and optimizing the outsourcing plan rules; responsible for the finished product outsourcing plan management, assisting NVT to reach the PACK order delivery
4.⁠ ⁠Responsible for the sample trial production plan on the mass production pull line
5.⁠ ⁠Responsible for the work order management
6.⁠ ⁠Responsible for the finished product inventory control management
7.⁠ ⁠Responsible for finished product MRB management
8.⁠ ⁠Responsible for horizontal business management

Knolwdge:
1.⁠ ⁠Familiar with SAP, WIP, MES, OA and other operating systems
2.⁠ ⁠Proficient in planning/delivery/inventory management process
3.⁠ ⁠Have 3 years team management experience

Skills :
1.⁠ ⁠Logical thinking of planning system: use MST method to optimize the efficiency and cost of ATLI plan
2.Process sorting: use ECRS/VSM lean management method to achieve process improvement and optimization
3.Problem analysis and solution: use 8D/5Why/7Way and other methods to analyze pain points and difficult problems, find out the root causes and solve them systematically
4.Communication and coordination: use communication skills, build a communication platform, and use Win-Win/production coordination meeting to quickly communicate with relevant departments to reach a consensus
5.Talent training: use IDP/TCDP methods , to achieve the department’s personnel training goals
6.Planning and implementation: Using the SMART principle and WBS method, formulate and implement the department’s annual training plan and department 531 plan
