Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*JD:*

1.Maintenance of GDC machines, RCM/SPM equipment, heat-treatment furnaces, and shot-blasting machines.

2.Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.

3.Troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems, servo drives, sensors, and control panels.

4.Maintenance and troubleshooting of ABB robots used in casting operations.

5.Handling melting and holding furnace maintenance.

6.Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

7.Monitoring machine uptime, MTTR, and MTBF; implementing corrective actions.

8.Planning spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.

9.Supporting TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

10.Coordinating maintenance manpower and shift activities.

11.Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

*Required Technical Skills*

1.Siemens and Omron PLC troubleshooting.

2.ABB robot programming and fault diagnosis.

3.Knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, motors, and electrical panels.

4.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.

5.Furnace burner system troubleshooting.

6.Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.

7.Understanding of TPM, preventive maintenance, and maintenance documentation
