Job Description

*Should have good experience in Machining Industry*

*JD*

• Knowledge of CNC, VMC, CLG, CNC CLG, SLIDING HEAD M/C Electrical Maintenance work,

• Attending Electrical breakdowns

• Attending PLC/ CNC related issues of Fanuc and Siemens controller & drive issues

• Attending servo motor fitting & repair work of power / control circuit

• CNC lathes, VMC & Sliding head electrical maintenance work

• Sliding head all Electrical work-related system & hard wiring

• Spare part planning

• Raising of indent

• Preventive and predictive planning and execution

• Break down analysis

• Maintenance of breakdowns, history cards, corrective and preventive maintenance records

• 5Why -1 H analysis

• Cap –do for recurring problems

• Impending problems and finding scope for improvements

• Can stop machine for repairing if found any abnormality

• Can call electricians and fitters in case of emergency

• Can ask to stay back their subordinates
