1.Knowledge of 6S Implementation and Audit System

2.In depth Knowledge of TPM Pillar

3.Knowledge of all stages of TPM audit process- JIPM & CII

4.Responsible for employee engagement activities such as Kaizen Competition, Best Line Award and Pillar

activities

5.Responsible for educating Circle Members for TPM implementation

6.Scheduling meetings preparing MOM’s and follow up with all TPM pillar teams for timely completion of home

work

7.Daily Gemba activity

8.Knowledge of SMED, Poka-Yoke, Cycle Time study, Why Why Analysis and Lean Manufacturing.
