JD:
1.Knowledge of IATF 16494-2016
2.Customer CSR understand
3.Drawing knowledge 2D and 3D
4.Quality MIS
5.APQP and PPAP knowledge
6.Quality tool knowledge
7.Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
8.Coordinate all receipt inspections
9.Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, followed up corrective and preventive actio
10.Ensure all quality control documentation
11.Process should knowledge (Injection molding, Paint shop, Illow molding Vacuum forming, RIM, TCM)
12.Defect should knowledge (Injection molding, Paint shop, low molding. Vacuum forming RIM, TCM)
13.Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
14.Participate in the site internal and external site audits
15.Conduct vendor audits to ensure they meet the company’s minimum quality requirement
16.Identify training plan and provide training to all QA/QC personnel where necessary
17.Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation
18.Daily action plan made against quality issue
19.Product and Fixture validation
20.Process vahdation
21.Quality SOP, In-process and PDI
22.Manpower handling
23.Software SAP QM, PPT, Excel & Word
