*Your Tasks & Responsibilities*
1.As the responsible Senior Specialist Regional CoE HR Operations Processes & Service Excellence East Asia, you will ensure the implementation of global HR Operations processes aligned with regional and local requirements, driving harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement.
2.You will define, govern, and implement regional HR Operations frameworks, policies, procedures, guidelines, and system requirements aligned with global standards.
3.You will partner with local HR and the Corporate CoE to drive process harmonization, limiting exceptions only to legal or regulatory requirements, and ensure effective SSC delivery.
4.You will lead training, deployment, and change management for new or modified HR Operations processes, and support the rollout of HR Operations–related systems, self-services, and process automation.
5.You will audit HR Operations processes, partner with HR SSC Quality Managers and HRBPs/ ERPs to ensure compliance, and report on regional KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
*Your Skills & Strengths*
1.Successful completion of an academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field.
2.Several years of professional experience in HR Operations, preferably in an international environment, with experience in project management, change management, and transformation projects or equivalent process design / improvement experience,
3.Solid understanding of HR IT systems (such as SAP PHE, SuccessFactors, and UKG PeopleDoc), with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, data structures, and system integrations.
4.Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment, with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
5.Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
