•Nature of experience
1. Knowledge of manufacturing process of Electrical or Electronics parts and their Quality control parameters.
2. Receiving and processing warranty claims from customers/ dealers.
3. Reviewing warranty claims to ensure they meet the requirements of warranty policy.
4. Maintain accurate records od all warranty claims, including the status of each claim.
5. Communicating with customers and dealers to provide updates on the status of their warranty claims.
