Strong experience in Automotive / Auto Components hiring is highly preferred. Candidates from manufacturing backgrounds may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional capability in understanding requirements and sourcing relevant profiles.
Proven networking and sourcing skills across social media platforms, professional forums, and groups.
Good business acumen with an understanding of organizational and hiring dynamics.
Clear and effective communication with strong articulation.
Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, including Boolean and advanced search techniques.
Working proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
This is a pure individual contributor role; candidates inclined toward people management roles may not be suitable.
Engineering degree with MBA / MSW / PGDM is preferred.
