Designation                             : Officer – Production

Educational Qualification      : Diploma/BE in Mech.Engg 

Experience                         : Minimum 6-7 Years of experience in reputed Steel companies with thorough working knowledge in Production Dept

Job Profile                              : Production (Steel knowledge preference)

Activities:

• Should be able to handle manpower & shift operation independently.
• Should be ready to work in 3 shifts.
• Good communication skill in both Kannada and English is must.
• Should have good analytical & interpersonal skills to work with various Departments.
• Should have experience Daily production reporting, problem Analysis & Countermeasure report.
• Should have experience in Machine shop OR Press shop.(Blanking, shearing & Slitting operations) Hands on experience in operating the machines will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of TPS, Kaizen, Visualization of production dash boards is desirable.
• Knowledge of time study & method study for process is desirable.(SWCT)
• Should able to make Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) for manufacturing process.
• Should be able to train the Team members & do evaluation.
