â¢â â Create and communicate a compelling Total Rewards philosophy aligned with company culture and values.
â¢â â Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to support competitive offers and retention strategies.
â¢â â Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative reward solutions tailored to the automotive sector.
â¢â â Build dashboards and models to assess compensation competitiveness and financial impact of rewards programs.
â¢â â Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
â¢â â Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws and internal policies.
â¢â â Lead audits and risk assessments related to compensation and benefits.
