Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related matters.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and service insights.
Manage end-to-end service operations for robotic systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.
Ensure high system uptime and compliance
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Oversee troubleshooting of hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of robotics service engineers and technicians.
Schedule resources, manage workloads, and ensure 24/7 or on-call support coverage if required.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
