JD
1.Develop, implement, and maintain QMS compliant with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and customer standards.
2.Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and other quality planning activities.
3.Manage customer audits, factory visits, internal and external audits including third-party certifications.
4.Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality deviations 5.Manage customer complaint resolution using 8D, RCA, and CAPA; handle customer interactions and maintain customer scorecards and KPIs.
6.Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts, and quality
documentation.
7.Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards
8.Customer specifications and conduct quality training programs for employees at all levels to enhance quality awareness and ownership.
9.Conduct regular audits and inspections of wire harness production processes and final products to establish and monitor quality metrics as well as KPIs, to identify areas for improvement.
10.Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
11.Manage supplier quality assessments and audits related to materials and components.
12.Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices in wire harness quality management.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance within the wire harness or cable assembly industry.
3.Proven leadership skills with experience managing QA teams.
4.Strong knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes and quality standards.
5.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and certifications.
6.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7.Proficiency in QA tools and software.

Preferred Skills:
1.English proficiency level
2.Deep knowledge of quality standards – ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific standards
3.Hands-on with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
4.Proficient with quality tools, measurement equipment, and wire processing technologies
5.IATF 16949 Internal Auditor
6.Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma training.
7.APQP/PPAP practitioner
