Manager – Production (Sliding Head Machine) MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Precision Turning/Machining of Steel parts*

*JD*

1.Operate and manage CNC machines including Turning, Milling, Turn-Mill and Sliding Head machines (up to 10-axis).

2.Perform troubleshooting & programming as per engineering drawings for new parts.

4.New part feasibility study

5.Knowledge of GD& T

6.Tooling selection as per application.

7.Work on Fanuc and Siemens control systems.

8.Optimize machining processes through cycle time and setup time reduction.

9.Monitor tool life and improve productivity using appropriate cutting tools.

10.Work with TB-Deco software for programming and operations.

11.Conduct cycle time studies and implement improvements.

12.Coordinate with the maintenance department to reduce downtime.

13.Provide training to setters and supervisors.

14.Perform data analysis and prepare summary reports.

15.Use CAD software as required.

16.Monitor rejection and perform root cause (Why-Why) analysis.

17.Cutting parameters Optimization for better efficiency

*Skills:*

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and programming

• Proficiency in Fanuc & Siemens controls

• Knowledge of TB-Deco software

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and team management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Proficiency in English speaking/writing
