4.Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen tools
5.Proficiency in using ERP or production tracking software
Other Requirement:
1.Willingness to work in both day and night shifts on a rotational basis
2.Strong leadership, result orientation, and people management skills
