Manager – Production (Machine Shop) MNC for Bawal Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Manage daily CNC & VMC machining operations to meet production targets.

2.Improve machine utilization, productivity, OEE, and reduce downtime.

3.Lead and develop supervisors, programmers, setters, and operators.

4.Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Supply Chain teams.

5.Monitor production KPIs, including OEE, rejection, scrap, on-time delivery, and productivity.

6.Optimize tooling, machining processes, and manufacturing costs.

7.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

8.Support new product development, process improvements, and customer audits.

*Required Technical Skills*

1.Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and multi-axis machining.

2.Familiarity with CAD/CAM, GD&T, tooling, and machining processes.

3.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and IATF 16949.
