Job Summary:
To lead Production Planning & Control activities by ensuring efficient production scheduling, material planning, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand.
* Ensure timely availability of raw materials through effective Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Logistics teams for smooth production flow.
* Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
* Optimize inventory levels while preventing stock shortages and excess inventory.
* Track production efficiency, machine utilization, and capacity utilization.
* Review production capacity, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
* Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods inventory.
* Prepare PPC MIS reports and analyze production performance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
