Daily-Job
1.Preparation of Daily Profit & Loss Report ( profitability)
2.Coordination with Inter and Intra Department for Data
3.Computation of Costing for New Product (As per requirement)
4.Proper Checking of Consumption and Production Data in SAP.
5.Supervision of Costing Activities

Monthly -Job
1.Physical Stock taken on month end
2.Quantity reconciliation of Spinning, Weaving and Denim Division .
3.Monthly Stock valuation
4.Preparation of Monthly MIS report for Spinning, Weaving and Denim Division
5.Computation of Variance from Budget and Target
6.Preparation of Next Month Projection for Spinning, Weaving and Denim Division
7.Reconciliation of Costing P&L with Accounts P&L
8.Daily & Monthly Cost Run in SAP.
9.Quantity Reconciliation of JOB Work of various Location
10.Computation of product wise NSR for MIS
11.Making Inter and Intra Firm Comparison for decision making.
12.Project Related Working as per Management requirement
13.Full fill the Compliances of Government Return
14.Allocation and Distribution of Common Exp. To All division
15.Month End Activities in SAP

Annual -Job
1.Preparation of Annual Budget
2.Co-ordination with Mktg Production and Other department for getting data for preparation of Budget
3.Co-ordination with Statutory auditor and Internal Auditor for Compliance.
4.Maintaining Cost Audit Record, Conduction Cost Audit with Cost Auditor
5.Yearly Govt. Return Compliances , Input data for Annual and Quarterly closing
6.Yearly Standard Costing run in SAP for all division
