Jr. Executive (SCM Logistics) for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Chemical / Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer order and delivery schedules.

2.Arrange vehicles and transportation for timely dispatch of materials, prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR etc.

3.Ensures accurate loading of goods and verify quanity, quality, and packaging before dispatch, monitor delivery tracking and status.

4.Keep up to date the MIS report required by management time to time based on daily dispatch records, vehicle details and proof of deliveries

5.Maintain records of documents.

6.Knowledge of incoterms, transportation management and safety

7.Knowledge of warehousing, procedure material management and dispatch procedure.

8.Supervise loading process, zero dispatch errors and customer complaints.

9.Ensure proper 5s, SOP, spillage of materials on floor, damages and security processes in warehouse/ plant area.

10.Proper coordination with 3PL & share exact information to plant side about material dispatch and delivery
