1.Order Checking and Analysis with Customers’ Forecast
2.Material Dispatch as per Customer Schedule
3.Monitoring Inventory vs. Customer Schedule vs. Dispatch Status
4.Communication with customers if dispatch adjustment is required
5.Follow Ups with Customers for Timely Payments (AR)
6.Coordination with PPC & Production team for material processing (Based on customer requirements)
7.Arranging dispatch related activities (Loading request & Dispatch co-ordination )
8.Customer’s Delivery Performance Tracking/After sales Feedback
9.Customer Sales Check after Month End.
10.To ensure legal compliance related to Sales activities
