3.â â Plan and execute subordinates skill upgradation and assessment
4.â â Process quality monitoring, feedback and follow up
5.â â Manage test equipment and maintained
6.â â Collect process data and prepare report
7.â â Responsible for on-site inspection improvement
8.â â Monitor consistency between operation and document request
9.â â Conduct workplace safety audits, asset audit and take necessary CAPASA
Knowledge :
1.â â Familiar with QC tools and SPC
2.â â Core tools knowledge
3.â â Familiar with product and process failure risk
4.â â Skills of office software such as Excel, Word, email etc.
5.â â Engineering drawing understanding reading.
6.â â Engineering quality tools, Problem solving tools, 8D, SPC and other quality tools
