Role: Mechanical Maintenance
Reporting to : Engineer / Sr. Engineer
Qualification : B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
Experience : 03 – 05 Years in the field of Machining.
Salary : 4.50 LPA

Should have good experience in Automotive with Machining Indutry

Job Description
1.Resp. for execution of preventive maintenance including predictive Maintenance, TBM, CBM, FBM & so on
2.Resp. for Maintenance KPI e.g., MTTR, MTBF, BD%, Maintenance Cost
3.Managing complete shift activity related to BD, Preventive, Predictive&Time-based Maintenance
4.Managing all Mechanical and Electrical maintenance
5.Expert in replace Ball Screw, LM guide, Spindle , Stator, Cyclo reducer, and Rotary unit.
6.Spare Parts management, Oil & Chemical management & Cost Management
7.Preparation & Release of maintenance Documentation

Skill and Ability
1.Sound Knowledge on VMC, HMC replacement Ball screw
2.Machine Alignment, Ladder, Fanuc system, Electric Wiring, Panel Wiring ,Hydraulic and Pneumatic control.
3.Sound Knowledge in Machining related technologies, maintenance systems, infrastructures, standards, and processes
4.Sound Knowledge and Hand on experience in Mechanical maintenance.
5.Advance level Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques; advanced English
6.Sound Analytical skills should be able to use analytical tools. Good attention to details.
7.Advance level Problem solving skills, advance creativity & innovation skill.
