Jr. Engineer / Engineer – Electroplating MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry with Basic knowledge of CQI-11 Process*

*JD*

1.Operate and supervise electroplating lines (Zinc, Zinc-Nickel, Nickel, Chrome, Phosphate, etc.)

2.Control process parameters such as pH, temperature, current density, plating time, and chemical concentration

3.Ensure proper pre-treatment and post-treatment processes (degreasing, pickling, passivation, drying)

4.Monitor daily production output and achieve shift targets

*Required Skills:*

1.Knowledge of electroplating processes and surface finishing

2.Understanding of corrosion protection techniques

3.Understanding of CQI -11 Process

4.Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, SPC)
