Should have good experience in Aluminum Machine / HMC VMC Machine
JD
1.Resp. for execution of preventive maintenance including predictive Maintenance, TBM, CBM, FBM & so on..
2.Resp. for Maintenance KPI e.g., MTTR, MTBF, BD%, Maintenance Cost
3.Managing complete shift activity related to BD, Preventive, Predictive & Time-based Maintenance
4.Managing all Electrical maintenance (Fault Finding, Dismantling, Part Replacement & Assy.) e.g., Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System, Coolant System, Axes Control System, APC, ATC etc.
5.Managing all Electrical & Electronics Maintenance e.g., Fault finding in Logic, Ladder (RLC & PLC Control Machines, CNC Controller, Fanuc)
6.Analysis of breakdowns & implementation of countermeasures
7.Machine History Card Maintenance & Updation.
8.Spare Parts management, Oil & Chemical management & Cost Management
9.Preparation & Release of maintenance Documentation
10.Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
11.Maintain and update maintenance records and logs.
Skill and Ability
1.Sound Knowledge on Ladder, Fanuc system, Electric Wiring , Panel Wiring
2.Sound Knowledge in Machining related technologies, maintenance systems, infrastructures, standards, and processes
3.Sound Knowledge and Hand on experience in Electrical maintenance.
4.Advance level Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques; advanced English
5.Sound Analytical skills should be able to use analytical tools. Good attention to details.
6.Advance level Problem solving skills, advance creativity & innovation skill.
