Key Responsibilities:
1.â â Assign daily morning meeting content
2.â â Manage subordinates’ discipline/work attendance/safety and 5S etc.
3.â â Plan and execute subordinates skill upgradation and assessment
4.â â Process quality monitoring, feedback and follow up
5.Manage test equipment and maintained
6.Collect process data and prepare report
7.Responsible for on-site inspection improvement
8.Monitor consistency between operation and document request
9.Conduct workplace safety audits, asset audit and take necessary CAPASA
Knowledge :
1.â â Familiar with QC tools and SPC
2.â â Core tools knowledge
3.â â Familiar with product and process failure risk
4.â â Skills of office software such as Excel, Word, email etc.
5.â â Engineering drawing understanding reading.
6.Engineering quality tools, Problem solving tools, 8D, SPC and other quality tools.
Skills :
1.â â At least 05 people team management capability (effectively lead, guide, and motivate direct/indirect)
2.â â Hands on experience of handling process quality concerns.
