Job Description

Your Contribution*

1. Responsible for ensuring systematic and operational processes are adhered to for all manufacturing engineering.

2. Ensuring requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.

3. Key stakeholders are kept informed of engineering management changes news.

4. Collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues within the region ensuring escalations and open topics are being regularly reviewed and progressed.

 

*Your Experience and Qualification*

1. New Product Development – Machines / utility selection, Layout Preparation and timeline confirmation

2. New Product Development – Proto, Stage wise sample submission, SOP readiness evaluation and SOP.

3. Line Documents Preparation and review like PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan.

4. Line Documents Preparation and review like SOP, other APQP documents.

5. CAPEX and Supplier / Vendor Management for effective utilization of resources

6. Clear Definition of material flow and regular reviews for improvements.

7. Process and Layout Optimization for waste elimination

8. Updating, Reviewing Maintaining the Bill of Material (BOM) for the Parts.

9. Tooling Cost review and Optimization for profitability improvement.

10. Review and Optimization of Product Conversion cost.

11. Cycle time review and CT reduction improvement plan

12. Plant Capacity regular reviews and improvement action plan.

13. Driving Continuous Improvement Programme across manufacturing facility

14. Regular Loss Analysis and driving improvement program.

15. Contributing to the rejection improvement program and implementation of the actions coming out of it

16. Co-Ordination with Controlling and Sales for Profitability improvement

17. Co-Ordination and Alignment with Controlling for Business Plan implementation

18. Technology Benchmarking and implementation of strategic actions

19. Manufacturing Benchmarking and implementation of strategic actions
